Abstract: With the wide development of ocean exploration, data type, amount and demand are increasing. It is very important to manage these data scientifically and effectively. According to the current status of ocean data management, a view of constructing the data management and sharing platform on the basis of experience is brought out and the logical, physical, functional and technical frameworks are designed. On the other hand, the service contents and fashion also are proposed.
